The task was to redesign the web and mobile interfaces of the application, incorporating user experience studies to ensure a user-centered approach throughout the project. The goal was to enhance the user experience and create seamless interactions on both platforms.
My Role
I led the Sultan Center project as the main UX designer, aiming to improve shopping experiences. For half a year, I worked on creating user-friendly solutions to enhance online shopping.
Challenges
One of this project's most challenging yet rewarding experiences was studying user habits in a different country like Kuwait. It required extensive efforts to understand the unique dynamics and preferences of the local users. The dual role of managing and designing the application required meticulous coordination.
