The self-initiated concept in the gamification competition aims to understand users' taxi application usage processes, uncover their motivations and needs, and incorporate gamification elements to enhance the app's appeal, increasing users' intrinsic motivation and creating a more engaging transportation experience.
My Role
I was responsible for the entire process, from conducting user research to implementing gamification elements.
The main challenges in this concept are gathering meaningful user insights to understand transportation app preferences and pain points and striking the right balance with gamification elements to enhance user motivation without compromising the user-friendly interface.
